Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your ReplyKo account, workspace, and any Instagram or Meta-connected data we hold.

Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App

If you have access to your ReplyKo account, you can delete your data directly from the app:

  • Go to the Connected Accounts page and click Disconnect next to your Instagram account. This immediately removes the stored access token.
  • Then go to Settings and use the Delete Account option to remove your workspace and all associated data.

Option 2 — Remove From Facebook Business Integrations

You can remove ReplyKo from your Facebook account settings at any time:

  • Open Facebook Settings and go to Security and Login or Business Integrations.
  • Find ReplyKo in the list of connected apps and click Remove.
  • When you remove ReplyKo from Facebook, Meta automatically sends a deletion signal to our system. We immediately disconnect your Instagram account and revoke the stored access token.

Option 3 — Email a Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to your ReplyKo account or prefer to contact us directly:

  • Email privacy@replyko.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  • Include your ReplyKo account email address and the Instagram username of any connected account.
  • We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your ReplyKo account and profile information.
  • Your workspace and all workspace settings.
  • All connected Instagram account records and stored access tokens.
  • All automation configurations and related workflow data.
  • Automation execution logs and delivery records.
  • Any other personal data we hold that is not subject to a legal retention obligation.

What May Be Retained

Where retention is legally required or reasonably necessary, we keep only the minimum information needed for the following purposes:

  • Billing, invoicing, tax, and financial records required by law.
  • Fraud prevention and account security logs for a limited retention period.
  • Records needed to resolve active disputes or legal claims.

Automatic Deletion via Meta

ReplyKo has registered a Data Deletion Callback URL with Meta. When you remove ReplyKo from your Facebook or Instagram account settings, Meta automatically sends a deletion request directly to our system.

This triggers an immediate disconnection of your Instagram account and removal of the stored access token. You do not need to take any additional action inside ReplyKo.

If you also want your workspace and automation history deleted, please follow Option 1 or Option 3 above in addition to removing ReplyKo from Facebook.
