Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how ReplyKo handles subscription cancellations, billing adjustments, and refund requests for paid plans and services.

Free Plan Access

If you use a free ReplyKo plan, no subscription fee is charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan or purchase a separately priced service.

If you purchase a paid subscription, charges apply according to the plan, billing cycle, and pricing disclosed at the time of purchase.

You may cancel renewal at any time, and cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise in writing.

General Refund Rule

Except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written offer, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

This includes partial-month usage, unused time, setup time, onboarding effort, and periods where platform limitations or third-party API changes reduce feature availability.

Exceptional Refund Requests

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where there has been duplicate billing, a clear technical failure caused directly by ReplyKo, or another exceptional circumstance that makes a refund appropriate.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

How to Request a Review

To request a billing review, contact us with your account email, payment date, amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue. We may request additional information needed to investigate the request.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the last-updated date.
